Food Stall at Rang Tarang, March 2005

On March 5th, 2005 the Indian community at Qualcomm, San Diego organized a cultural extravaganza and CRY San Diego partnered with them to organize a products and food stall. This was the first event for CRY San Diego and was the first opportunity for CRY to take its message to the larger indian community at San Diego.

The day proved to very successful for the group. Not only were profits realized from the food stall and the products stall, CRY - SD was also able to recruit some active volunteers. The event itself though a little tiring was loads of fun for the team who put in almost seven hours of continuous stand-in time at the respective stalls.

Krish, the action center lead, also took this opportunity to talk about CRY and CRY San Diego to the audience. Here are some pictures from the fun event.
